Permanently save settings in dialogue boxes
- You have opened a dialogue box that contains the Learn button.
- Configure your desired settings.
- Click on Learn.
- The dialogue box file is copied to the following directory of the system installation with the settings made: C:\pnusers\default\pn.pop.
- This saves the settings as personal settings until the next program start.
- The internal designation of the dialogue box is used as file name. If the dialogue box has already been adapted for the specific machine, the machine number is added as an annex.
- If your settings are only valid for a specific machine, copy or move this file to the directory: D:\u\pn\machine\machine_XXXX\pfiles\00. XXXX stands for the machine number.
- The settings are then only used for this specific machine and for all users.
- If your settings are generally valid, copy or move this file to the directory: D:\u\pn\pfiles\00.
- The settings are then used for all machines and all users.
- The dialogue box and the settings therein are thus permanently saved.
