Buttons in dialogue boxes

All buttons that are not described in the dialogue boxes are explained here.

Abort

The action is cancelled and the dialogue box is closed. Unsaved information will be lost.

Add

Another data set is added to the listing.

Change

A dialogue box opens in which the parameters of the selected data set can be changed.

Edit

A dialogue box opens in which the selected data set can be edited.

[ |<< ] or [ >>| ]

Scrolls to the first or last data set.

[ << ] or [ >> ]

Scrolls to the previous or next data set.

 

Selected data sets are moved up or down by one position.

 

Selected data sets are moved to the top position or to the bottom position.

Print

The dialogue box is temporarily saved as a graphic in PNG format and opened in the standard program for graphics. Depending on the respective graphics program, further functions are available there.

Unlock

The selected data set is unlocked.

[Graphic] or [ List]

The data sets are displayed as a graphic or as a list.

Copy

The selected data set is copied and a window opens in which the copy can be edited.

Load

The selected data set is loaded and displayed in the workspace.

Learn

The dialogue box is saved with the current settings until the next start of the program.

If you want to save settings permanently, proceed as described under Permanently save settings in dialogue boxes.

Delete

The selected data set is deleted.

Marking

All check boxes in the dialogue box are activated or deactivated (if all were activated). All rows (data sets) in a listing are selected or deselected.

OK

The entries are saved and the dialogue box is closed.

Close

The action is cancelled and the dialogue box is closed. Unsaved information will be lost.

Table processing symbol

The tabulated data are output to a CSV file and displayed if a table processing program is installed.

Swap

If 2 data sets are selected, the data sets are swapped.

If 2 consecutive data sets and a separate data set are selected, the separate data set is sorted between the other two.

If 3 consecutive data sets are selected, the first data set is sorted between the two following ones.

Transfer

The function for transferring tools is started.
