Circular manual copying
The Circular manual copying function allows CAD elements to be copied circularly around a point with a rotation angle step by step. The pivot point and angle of rotation of the copies can be freely selected.
Copy CAD elements in a circular shape step by step
- Under CAD > Change > Copy, click the Circular manual copying button.
- The Point selection submenu opens. See also Point selection (1) submenu.
- Select a function and specify the centre of rotation accordingly.
- The calculator opens. See also Calculator.
- Specify the angle of rotation. Positive values result in counter-clockwise rotation, negative values in the opposite direction.
- The Element selection submenu opens. See also Element selection (2) submenu.
- Select a function for element selection.
- Select the elements you want to copy.
- Click Close.
- The elements are copied accordingly.
- If you want to generate more copies, click with the left mouse button.
- Click Close.
- The Point selection submenu opens. See also Point selection (1) submenu.
- If you want to copy additional elements, repeat steps 2 to 7.
- Click Close.
- The function is ended and the changes are applied.
