Mu shear
The Mu shear function automatically sets shear strokes.
Generate shear strokes automatically
- You have opened the sheet of a nesting created with the Rectangle nesting function.
- The nesting was created with the following settings in the Nesting parameters dialogue box (see Nesting parameters dialogue box):
- Distance to the upper edge of the sheet: 28 mm
- Nesting corner: Corner 1
- Under Manufacturer > Manufacturer > Salvagnini > Shears, click the Mu shears button.
- If the Salvagnini parameters dialogue box opens: See also: Salvagnini parameters dialogue box. Continue with step 3.
- If the Shear surfaces dialogue box opens: See also: Shearing areas dialogue box. There are already shear strokes on the sheet. Continue with step 2.
- Configure your desired settings and click OK.
- The Salvagnini parameters dialogue box opens. See also: Salvagnini parameters dialogue box.
- Configure your desired settings and click OK.
- If you have selected the option Trim claw area later: The shear strokes are generated and the function is closed.
- If the Trimming parameters (TRI command) dialogue box opens: See also: Trimming parameters (TRI command) dialogue box. Continue with step 4.
- Configure your desired settings and click OK.
- If you have changed the option, the specification of the trimming edges is updated. In this case, click OK again.
- The shear strokes are generated.
